SRINAGAR, Oct 21: Kashmiri separatist leader and Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq today condemned the killing of seven employees of an infrastructure firm in a terror attack, terming it against the tenets of Islam.
“Deeply saddened by the outrageous killings in Gagangir. Islam, like all religions, deplores such inhuman behavior. Every life is precious and to be lost in this manner is extremely painful,” Mirwaiz said in a post on X.
“Another grim reminder of the unending cycle of violence and uncertainty we are suffering for decades. Pray to Allah for the speedy recovery of the injured and grant sabr (patience) to the families of those killed,” he added.
