Aggarwal empanelled as Joint Secy

JAMMU, July 25: The Union Ministry of Home Affairs today ordered empanelment of nine IPS officers of 1986 batch in the rank of Joint Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India.
They included Jammu and Kashmir cadre officer Navin Aggarwal, Director General, Youth Services and Sports, Rajiv Trivedi and Vinay Ranjan Ray of Andhra Pradesh cadre, RK Garg of Madhya Pradesh cadre, Alok Tripathi of Rajasthan cadre, Satish Chandra Verma of Gujarat cadre, Sanjeev Kumar of Tamil Nadu, PK Garg of Karnataka and Jasminder Singh of Punjab.
Jammu and Kashmir has three IPS officers of 1986 batch including Dr Shesh Pal Vaid, Additional DGP Headquarters, D R Doley, Additional DGP Home Guards/Civil Defence/Auxiliary Police and Mr Aggarwal.
Dr Vaid and Ms Doley have already been empanelled in the rank of Joint Secretary.
