In a letter to the Chief Secretary, these officers have also sought direction to the Administrative Department for promptly resolving the long pending issue of DPC, adhering to established rules and regulations.
“The extension policy has created a sense of hopelessness among our fraternity. We feel that our careers are being stagnated, and that our aspiration for leadership roles are being crushed. The lack of assured career progression and the unresolved DPC issue have further exacerbated our frustration,”reads the letter, signed by the aggrieved officers, including Mohd Rafiq, Sartaj Ahmed, Krishan Kumar, Vinod Sharma, Amarjit Singh, Mujtaba, Asif Nabi, Jatinder Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Mir Aijaz, Roshan Lal, M Y Shafi and others.
Highlighting their concern and grievance, these officers have hoped a positive response of the Government on their appeal.
