JAMMU, Oct 9: A delegation of All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Social today met BSP MP Raja Ram, at party headquarter located in Satwari and raised the issue of non-implementation of Mandal report in J&K.
The MP was here on a day long visit. The delegation said that even after the abrogation of Article 370, 27% quota has not been implemented in UT of J&K for OBCs.
The delegation members condemned the criminal silence of Rajya Sabha members Gulam Nabi Azad of Congress and Shamsher Singh Manhas of BJP for not raising the issue of OBCs in Rajya Sabha when MP Raja Ram raised the same.
The members, in the meet, appealed the OBCs to keep an eye over the treacherous political parties and remain united for getting their constitutional rights.
Shashi Verma, Jagdish Raj Verma, Kewal Krishan Fotra and Prof Kali Dass were part of the delegation.
