JAMMU, May 26: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) has sought the intervention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in getting the Mandal Commission implemented in the State of J&K for restoration of rights to OBCs.
The Union in a meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of its president Abdul Majid Malik urged the BJP to fulfill its poll promises including the implementation of Mandal report.
The meeting said the implementation of the Mandal report in the State will in real sense be the Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas.
The meeting was attended by Sandokh Chand, Prof Lal Chand, Master Sain Dass, M R Bangotra, Romesh Tak, Najan-ud-Din and Prof Kali Dass.
