JAMMU, Sept 19: All India Congress Committee (AICC) president, Mallikarjun Kharge will visit Jammu to address election rally at Khour in border Assembly constituency of Chhamb in Jammu district on Sept 21.

A party spokesman said that Kharge will arrive on Saturday and address an election rally in favour of party candidate and former Dy Chief Minister, Tara Chand at Khour in Chammb Assembly constituency at 12.30 pm.
After addressing rally, Kharge will return to Jammu in a private helicopter and address a press conference at 3.30 pm. He will return to Delhi in the evening in a special plane, the spokesman said.
