GOOL, Sept 14: Minister of State for Revenue and Rehabilitation, Aijaz Khan today distributed Rs 49,400 as relief among 26 families of the area whose houses had suffered partial damage due to heavy rainfall and flash flood.
He also met with various delegation, prominent citizens, Sarpanchs and Panchs of Gool and listened to their demands and grievances. The main demands raised by the deputations were opening of new anganwari centres, more roads under PMGSY scheme, posting of deficient staff in various department and schools.
The Minister gave a patient hearing and issued on spot instructions to officers of revenue and other department to solve the problems of the people in a time bound manner.
