JAMMU, Aug 19: To discuss the issues which are being faced by staff of the Bank, a delegation comprising the members of All India Jammu and Kashmir Bank (AIJKB) employees’ federation called on the Management of Bank here today.
The delegation led by Chand Ji Khair raised the issue of delay in wage revision during the meeting.
The bank management assured the federation that their issues will be resolved soon. On the issue of wage revision, the management said that once the revision is cleared from the government, the wage revision should be implemented instantaneously.
Later, the members of federation also met with Chief Secretary and raised the issue of delay in wage revision. The Chief Secretary also assured the members that their issue should be addressed soon.
Among others who were part of the delegation included Vijay Sharma, Dalip Singh, Firdous Ahmed Nisar and Gulzar Ahmed.
