JAMMU, Aug 22: The members of All Indian Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Federation (AIJKBEF) led by Chand Ji Khair , general secretary of the Federation, Hardeep Singh, president, Jammu and Kashmir Bank Employees Association (JKBEA) , Rohit Singh Langeh, general secretary of the Association , Vijay Kumar Sharma, senior vice president of the Association called on the Chairman of the J&K Bank at Srinagar today.
The Federation and Association leaders discussed with Chairman various decisions taken by him for the betterment of the staff of the Bank and said the pro employees initiative taken by him will go a long way in building the employee- management cooperation and take the institution to new heights.
The members also complimented him for lacing the employees with perks and recently enhancement of loan facilities to staff along with settlement of long pending issues of Assistant Banking Associates.
They expressed the hope that the Bank will rise to new heights with the guidance and role of the Chairman and said helping the Kerala flood victims speaks volumes of his humanistic approach.
