AIJKBEF seeks implementation of demands already agreed upon

JAMMU, Oct 10:  A meeting of All India Jammu & Kashmir Bank Employees Federation was held here today under the chairmanship of Dr Mohammad Ashfaq for discussion over the charter of demands, which was agreed upon by the management earlier but not implemented so far.
During the meeting, the Federation decided to convey the concerns of the general employee to the management regarding non -implementation of the agreed demands of the charter resulting in the demoralization of the concerned staff.
Further, AIJKBEF meet discussed the slump in the banking industry across the country, the effect of which has also been felt by the Jammu Kashmir Bank. It was unanimously agreed upon by all the associated members to work neck to neck with management in steering the organization out of this scenario.
AIJKBEF requested all its comrades working across the country to work with enthusiasm and utmost dedication towards achieving desired goals of soaring to new heights and glory in banking industry by providing excellent and value based services to its customers. The meeting was attended by all the office bearers and members of the Federation.
