JAMMU, Oct 22: Former Mayor and J&K unit President of All India Jat Mahasabha (AIJMS), Choudhary Manmohan Singh, today led a felicitation ceremony here at Golden Leaf Banquet Hall, Babliana, Jammu.
The event that coincided with the Advisory Group meeting honoured outstanding young members of the Jat community for their remarkable achievements in different fields of excellence, including academics, career, and competitive exams.
While felicitating the young achievers who have secured top ranks in Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) examinations and excelled in areas like journalism, aviation, police, and paramilitary services, Choudhary Manmohan Singh urged the other youth present in the event to draw inspiration from the successful individuals and follow in their footsteps.
He also encouraged the Advisory Group to involve young community members, particularly girls, in such programs to inspire them for the future.
Underlining the unwavering commitment of the Jat Mahasabha to the welfare of the Jat community, Choudhary Manmohan Singh pledged to work tirelessly for the upliftment and empowerment of the community.
