Air France to launch personalised 1st class service for B’lore

BANGALORE, Oct 21:  Air France today said it would introduce La Premiere – an exclusive and personalised first class service during the coming winter schedule on its Bangalore route.
As an ongoing effort to raise the standards in luxury travel, from October 27 to March 2015, the first class service will be available on Bengaluru-Paris-Bengaluru route, Air France said in a release. A state-of-the-art Boeing 777-200 would be operated on this route.
Additionally, with the help of the revised flight timings Air France brings the west coast closer to Bengaluru, which means customers can enjoy the shortest flying hours to return home for travel from San Francisco to Bengaluru, it said.
Air France said the first class journey begins on arrival at the airport, where passengers are personally received and accompanied by an Air France staff member throughout the trip even during connections for an unperturbed journey.
It said focusing on the comfort of each passenger, the four first class seats convert to a full bed that measures 2 M /6.5 ft in length and 77 CM/30 inches width with complete privacy for an exceptional travel experience.
Air France said passengers with connecting flights at Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break at the La Première lounge.
The lounge is designed to provide independent and personal spaces, a luxurious bar, a SPA and a library stocked with wide selection of books and magazines, it added. (PTI)
