The Most Trusted Brands Survey, conducted by the Economic Times in collaboration with The Nielsen Company, a leading market research agency, identifies brands that have won the consumers trust in their field of service or product.
A sample of 8160 consumers across socio-economic classes, age, income and geography, was surveyed with parameters such as the brand’s quality of service, value for money, popularity, confidence, and repurchase intent, etc. Recently, Air India has also been awarded the Best Performing Airline Award by Travel Port Singapore. The award to the airline was based on various parameters and primarily on feed back and responses received to an internal survey done amongst the travel partners. In October this year, membership of Air India’s frequent flyer programme – ‘Flying Returns’ crossed one million mark and continues to grow with 400 new members being added every day.
