NEW DELHI, Feb 19: All India Radio and the Ministry of External Affairs will jointly produce a weekly programme with focus on India’s relations with other countries.
The News Service Division of the AIR in association with the MEA is mounting a weekly programme of about eight minutes duration in English, Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari informed Rajya Sabha today in a written reply.
The Minister said the content of the programme comprising geographical, historical and cultural aspects of a country in focus will be provided by the MEA.
He said the programme would also include comments of Indian Ambassador to the country in focus about bilateral relations, trade and people to people contact among other things. (PTI)
