JAMMU, Mar 26: Air services from Jammu to Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) and vice-versa will commence from March 28, 2023.
This was informed by Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust president, Pawan Kumar Shastri in a press conference wherein he also said that the Trust intends to provide bus service to the pilgrims from Jammu Yatri Bhawan Haridwar to Jolly-Grant Airport and vice-versa.
He said that the Trust has also taken up the matter with Govt of India for providing of an additional Train Service from Jammu to Haridwar for the convenience of Jammuites and hopefully will succeed in getting this facility shortly.
Shastri said that for air services request was made to Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member Parliament to project the demand with the concerned Ministry and the efforts yielded fruit.
