SRINAGAR: Air traffic resumed this afternoon from Srinagar International Airport following improvement in the visibility despite intermittent rain.
“As weather improved, flights were able to operate from the Srinagar airport,” an official of the airport said.
He said not even a single flight was able to operate from the only airport in the Valley due fresh snowfall and rain, resulting in poor visibility.
However, he said as the day progressed, flights were able to operate from the airport due to improvement in the visibility.
The air traffic from the airport has been suspended several times since January, due to snowfall and rainfall. (AGENCIES)
