New Delhi, May 31 : Air India SATS Airport Services Pvt Ltd (AISATS) on Wednesday said that it has signed a concession agreement with Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL) for building a multi-modal cargo hub at the upcoming Noida airport.
The proposed cargo hub would be spread across 87 acres and comprise an integrated cargo terminal (ICT) and an integrated warehousing & logistics zone. The cargo hub is expected to become operational in 2024.
AISATS is an equal stake joint venture between Tata-owned Air India Ltd and SATS Ltd, a leading provider of food and gateway services in Asia.
