RAMBAN, Sept 7: For taking on the spot assessment of the devastations caused due to rains and flash floods, the Minister for Revenue Ajaz Ahmad Khan visited several areas of Gool and Arnas.
He interacted with the affected people and assured all possible arrangements for relief and rescue operations besides restoration of road network in the area.
The Minister issued on the spot instructions to the team of officers, accompanying him, for making emergency arrangements of transportation, food, drinking water and medicines.
He also visited community buildings and schools where several affected families have been accommodated on temporary basis. The people apprised Mr Khan about the devastation caused due to heavy rains and flash floods that have severely damaged their crops, live stock and houses.
