JAMMU, Dec 23: All J&K Panchayat Conference (AJKPC) president, Anil Sharma, also Sarpanch Panchayat Halqa Jandrah, today started construction work of lane at Ward number 2 in his Panchayat area which will be completed with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.5 lakh.
The funds were saved for the project from the Capex budget.
Congratulating people of the Ward for the project, Sharma said it would fulfill their long pending demand as they were facing numerous problems due to dilapidated condition of the lane earlier.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Brij Mohan Mehta, Som Dutt Sharma and others.
