MAINPURI: Samajwadi Party (SP) patron Mulayam Singh Yadav broke his silence today and went harsh on his son and SP president Akhilesh Yadav, stating that he cannot be loyal to anyone.
“He who can’t be loyal to his father, can’t be honest for anyone,” SP patriarch said. Mr Yadav said Akhilesh should be thankful to him and family for making him the Chief Minister but what he did was not acceptable.
Mulayam said Akhilesh forced him to resign from his post of party’s president and took over as chief. Mr Yadav said,”Akhilesh has strategy but not votes. Akhilesh allied with Congress who planned attack on me three times. I will trust public rather than Akhilesh.”
He said he was insulted like never before by his own blood. SP patriarch said Akhilesh sacked his own uncle Shivpal Yadav without reason. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders are saying that “He who can’t be loyal to his father, can’t be trustworthy for anyone else”. They got chance to say like this because of my own blood. (AGENCIES)
