Srinagar, Mar 4: The actors Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Director Karan Johar are in Gulmarg for last few days shooting for their upcoming film “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani”.
Alia and Ranveer shot a romantic song sequence in the picturesque snowclad Gulmarg, and the song is a tribute to late filmmaker Yash Chopra.
Ranveer and Alia will recreate the looks of Sridevi and Rishi Kapoor from the film Chandini, directed by ace director Yash Chopra in the late 1980s.
Pictures and videos of Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh from the sets in Gulmarg are going viral on the internet. A clip of Alia looking out of a car while enjoying the picturesque locales of Gulmarg was recently shared on social media. Dressed in red, the actress looks charming in a nose ring and kajal. Another video captured Alia, Ranveer and Karan Johar in the same frame, chilling at a roadside café.
Recently, Karan took to Instagram and shared beautiful pictures from Kashmir. The director, who was waiting for the weather to clear up, wrote in the caption: “The advantage of your DOP waiting for weather is that I get to pose for him.”
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi and is produced by Dharma Productions. The movie was earlier supposed to release on April 28, however, it has since been postponed to July 28.
It is believed that Karan Johar wanted to film the song in Switzerland, but after Alia Bhatt’s personal reasons, he moved it to Kashmir.
