JAMMU, Dec 18: Jammu Mathematical Society (JMS) today declared the result of Alka Memorial Mathematical Competition.
In UG category, Sehar Shakeel Raina of GDC Thannamandi secured first position, whereas Nihal Jamwal of GCET and Kamalpreet Singh of GGM Science College claimed second and third positions respectively. The consolation prizes were conferred to Ruchika Subherwal of GCW Gandhi Nagar and Sukriti Mahajan of GCET.
In PG category, Samandeep Singh, Teena Sharma and Arun Dutta, trio from of PG Department of Mathematics, University of Jammu secured first, second and third positions respectively.
The consolation prize was clamed by Aakriti Sharma of PG Department of Mathematics, University of Jammu.
