JAMMU, Mar 27: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir, general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul today said that the All Cells BJP constitute the backbone of the party.
The party general secretary (Org.) stated this while receiving a cheque from Rakesh Mahajan, in charge All Cells, BJP Jammu and Kashmir. The cheque has been handed over as contribution towards the Aajivan Sahyog Nidhi (Life Support Fund) of the party.
It is pertinent to mention here that the contribution to this party funding is by way of donations collected from the party workers by all the Cells of BJP across J&K led by in charge, Rakesh Mahajan with proactive support and coordination of Ved Sharma, co-incharge All Cells, BJP J &K.
Ashok Koul said that Mahajan along with his team has been playing a vital role in synchronizing the functioning and activities of different cells of the Bharatiya Janata Party as a result of which the party cadre right up to the top has a lot of expectations from these vital units of the party working relentlessly at the grass roots level. He commended the role of these Cells for taking stock of common man’s issues and problems pertaining to various sections of the society and getting the same addressed as soon as possible.
Koul said that the Cell in-charges are working tirelessly to make people aware about the achievements and pro-people policies and programmes initiated by the BJP. Moreover, they ensure that the benefits of the schemes launched by the BJP Government at the Centre reach even the tail-enders in the far flung and remote areas.
He urged the All Cells in charge and co-incharge to further activate all the cells especially in view of the upcoming Assembly elections.
Rakesh Mahajan assured that he along with the Ved Sharma, will leave no stone unturned in further strengthening the party at all levels so that the target of 50+ is achieved quite easily in the upcoming Assembly elections of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
