JAMMU, Aug 12: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the deputation of Alok Kumar, Director of Fire & Emergency Services, J&K, to attend a workshop on Electric Vehicle Fires at Maharashtra Fire Services, Kalina, Mumbai on August 21, 2024. As per an order, Kumar will also participate in an indoor conference on August 22, 2024, aimed at enhancing knowledge and strategies related to fire safety and emergency response for electric vehicles.
