Ambience Group starts hotel construction, Kotwal performs ‘Bhumi Pujan’

DODA, Aug 31: District Development Council (DDC) Chairman, Dhanantar Singh Kotwal here today performed ‘Bhumi Pujan’ for a hotel to be constructed by Ambience Group in Bhaderwah.
The hotel will have 100 rooms with all facilities like swimming pool.
Speaking on the occasion Kotwal said that after the abrogation of Article 370 this is a major investment in the area which will help in improving the local economy besides providing employment opportunities to locals.
Owner of Hotel Ashok was also present on the occasion and he praised the beauty of Bhaderwah.
The DDC Chairman said that this project was just a beginning for investors from other parts of the country.
He claimed that Ambience Group will be employing locals and this will help in addressing the problem of unemployment of the area and lauded the efforts of J&K administration headed by Lieutenant Governor for starting such projects.
The Hotel is likely to be completed in the year 2025.
