JAMMU, Dec 11: A meeting of All Migrant Camps Coordination Committee (AMCCC) was held with Director Food Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Manjit Singh here, today.
The deputation demanded release of sugar quota for the Kashmiri migrants who have been deprived of the same for a long time.
The delegation was led by president of the Committee Desh Rattan and other members who accompanied him included Bal Krishan Raina vice chairman of the Committee, Jawahir Lal Raina and Rajesh Kumar Koul.
The Director assured the delegation that 221 quintals of sugar will be released in the coming days and the problem will be solved after that.
