JAMMU, Apr 16: AMCCC in its meeting here today discussed the various problems of the displaced people from Valley and the recent meetings held by its delegation with the representatives of Union Home Ministry in New Delhi.
The meeting made an appeal to the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti to personally intervene in settling the long sanding issues of the displaced Pandits.
It said though Union Home Ministry had given the assurance to release the ration as per old scale to migrants but the formal orders were not issued till date.
The meeting which was chaired by AMCCC president Desh Rattan made an appeal to Union Home Ministry to issue the orders immediately as the relief holders who have no source of income can’t purchase ration in the open market.
