JAMMU, May 8: A meeting of AMCCC was held at Jagti in which all the members participated.
The meeting was presided by AMCCC President Desh Rattan Pandita and general secretary R.N. Dhar. Other leaders who spoke on the occasion are B.L. Koul, T.K. Raina, C.L. Raina, Deep Ji Bhat, K.V., Bhupinder & Sardar Daljeet Singh. The issues which were raised before the Govt. are Power Supply of Jagti, Pure Water Supply, Sanitation, Ration Supply & other small & big problems. The enhancement of Cash Relief from Rs 1650 to 2500 per soul is a great achievement & our leaders fought for it since a long time.
AMCCC on behalf of All Kashmiri Pandit Committee is highly thankful to Union Home Minister/Minister of Finance for Enhancement of Cash Relief. It was a long pending demand of our Community and Central Govt. has fulfilled our demand and we hope that the other pending demands will be finalized soon and In this regard we have sent a memorandum through E-mail to Union Home Minster.
