JAMMU, Dec 23: Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Udhampur/Reasi Amit Sharma explicitly termed innovation and adaptation as twin success mantras for creating ideal work culture in Government and especially Corporate Sectors during two-day Higher Education and Human Resource Conclave which concluded in Jaipur, Rajasthan recently.
RD, S&LR Amit Sharma led from the front a very important panel discussion on Developing and Ensuring Corporate Culture through innovation in which he mentioned that organizations succeed with introduction of innovative policies to ensure success in longer run. He mentioned about few adaptive innovative steps introduced by top Corporate Gurus few years back such as Infosys CEO, NRN Murthy through Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), meals with employees and staff of Corporation, involvement of managers and officers at all levels in policy making of the Organizations, etc. which are prevalent even today.
Amit also mentioned that it is the need of the hour that all top officers and leaders should take a lead in understanding intrinsic needs of the organizations and those corporations which show resistance to such changes perish in the long run.
Among others who shared their views in the panel discussion with RD, S&LR included Samriti Malhotra, Global HRD-Denave, Naresh Taneja, Group President, HR and ADMIN-IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, Advait Kurlekar, CEO-Upohan Management Consultants, Nikhil Mathur, HR Talent Management-Eco, Shailaja Sharma, Head HR-Euronet Services India Private Limited and Shubhendu Kumar, Senior Partner HR-Lighthouse Partners.
In question-answer session, few emphatic ideas were supported by panelists including Amit Sharma.
After invigorating panel discussion, Amit Sharma was honoured with a memento and a souvenir by Government of Rajasthan.
