UDHAMPUR, Apr 16: Mystery shrouded recovery of an amputated human hand, which was found lying on the railway track soon after a train from Allahabad Prayagraj to Katra passed on the stretch.
The human hand was found lying within track at 52.66-52.67 km in Udhampur Railway Station.

According to Inspector Sanjay Rena, SHO GRP, a police party deployed at platform patrolling duty found an amputated human hand lying on the track after the departure of SubedarGanj train from platform number 1.
The amputated hand has been seized and sent to the District Hospital Udhampur for examination, he added.
