SAMBA, Oct 25: Senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and former minister Yashpal Kundal said that there is anger among the people of the whole country due to the policies of the Central Government.
“The prices of petrol, diesel, cooking gas, etc have increased tremendously. The farmers and labourers of the country are very upset. The economy has collapsed. Unemployment is at its peak,” Kundal said while addressing a public meeting at village Radi of block Ramgarh, where he also shared the policies of AAP with the people.
The former minister said the decision to remove Article 370 and abolish the status of the state was not right. He said that the BJP, which is said to be benevolent of the state, did not bring any development in Jammu and Kashmir during its tenure and on the contrary, it got derailed.
He said that no job opportunities were created for the unemployed in the border area, inflation increased day by day and electricity as well as water bills increased 10 times, but politicians kept on baking their political bread.
Kundal said that now the people have woken up and this time it will be difficult for the BJP to go ahead and ask for votes from the people.
