JAMMU, Oct 12: Anil Sharma, Sarpanch, Panchayat Halqa Jindrah of Block Dansal Jammu inaugurated the blacktopping work of road in Devak Sthan area here today.
The work was started in the presence of local people and the officers of PWD department. The entire work will be completed with an amount of Rs 10 lakhs.
Addressing to the people, Anil Sharma, congratulated the residents for getting their demands fulfilled and assured that all pending works would also be started and completed in time bound manner as the directions has been issued to the concerned Contractor to complete the work in time bound manner as specified in the tender.
He said from 2019 to till date, Jindrah has witnessed an era of developmental activities in every nook and corner.
The villagers appreciated the Sarpanch for taking up the issues concerning the Panchayat Jindrah with the officers and administration at top level.
Prominent people of the area who were present on the occasion included Roshan Lal Bhagat, Rtd Head Master Ganga Dutt Sharma Ranjeet Singh, Onkar Singh, Yash Pall Sharma, Joginder Pall, Sham Lal, Raj Kumar and Deepak Kumar.
