REASI, Mar 25: The employees of Animal Husbandry Department today warned the authorities of observing pen down strike on March 28 if their demand with regard to salary is not resolved by March 27.
The issue was discussed thread bare by the members of the district unit of J&K All Employees Association Animal Husbandry Department, during a meeting held here today under the presidentship of Shounk Ali.
The employees alleged that they still had not received salary for the month of February, as the Treasury is not in favour of signing the bills after 14th of this month and appealed the Minister of Animal and Sheep Husbandry department, Abdul Ghani Kohli, to intervene into the matter so that the aggrieved employees may get their salary.
