Animation Live now in Jammu

JAMMU, Aug 3: ‘Animation Live’ a pioneer institute and source for top-quality training in 2D-3D Animation & Multimedia Graphic design, Web development, has been opened at Gole Market, Jammu.
Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture Raman Bhalla formally inaugurated the institute today in the presence of Mahant Manjit Singh and Ashish Singh, vice president AL, ATS Edutech.
Tarundeep Singh, Director of the Institute specified that Animation has grown beyond cartoon films and reached other areas like Medical and Legal Applications, Architecture and Interior Design, Industrial and Automobile simulations. What also works in the favour of the growth of the animation industry is the anticipated phenomenal growth of an allied industry – the gaming industry – that is expected to grow by about 36 per cent in the next four years, he added.
Opportunities for students are abundant in the industry which is already running short of people with quality skills. A student interested in making a career in this industry can take up courses in animation or game development immediately after finishing Class 12.
