Annil Suri elected president of BBIA

JAMMU, Jan 19: Annil Suri has been elected as president of Bari Brahmana Industries Association, Jammu, elections of which were held today.
He defeated Devinder Mahajan by scoring 125 votes and became president of BBIA for the sixth term. It was a clean sweep by Annil Suri as his entire team was also declared elected for various positions of the Association.
Rakesh Bhat was elected as senior vice president defeating Rajesh Jain by scoring 127 votes while Rahul Bansal was elected vice president defeating Suresh Mahajan by scoring 130 votes. Lalit Mahajan defeated Sah Dev Singh Wazir by scoring 158 votes for the post of general secretary.  Tapan Dubey defeated Viraj Malhotra by scoring 111 votes and Sidharth Dogra defeated Ajay Bansal by scoring 133 votes for the post of secretary and treasurer, respectively.
The elections were held at BBIA Bhawan under the observation of Sudhir Kumar, Sanjay Puri, Vishal Gupta, S P S Nayyar and Brig S S Sambyal.
The total votes cast in the election were 217.
