Akhnoor, May 4: Kendriya No-1 Akhnoor celebrated its Annual Day with great zeal and enthusiasm, here today.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest, Smieta Shukla, chairman VMC Brig AK Shukla and other dignitaries, which was followed by Saraswati Vandana.
SK Kotwal presented welcome address, while officiating Principal SP Sharma presented the annual report, highlighting the achievements.
The chief guest and the other dignitaries distributed prizes among the meritorious students of the school. Later-on, Ashok Kumar presented vote of thanks.
