Annual Yatra of Shri Hudh Mata commencing from June 20

JAMMU, June 10: Annual Yatra of Shri Hudh Mata, Trisandhaya, which is performed in village Nanth Nallah, Tehsil Dachhan, District Kishtwar, will commence from 20 June.
This was informed by Shri Hudh Mata Trisandhaya Yatra Managing Committee President Jagdish Raj Thakur, while addressing a press conference, here today
He informed that pious Trishul of Mata Rani shall be taken out from Panch, Narian Mandir, Dharlan Nagri, Kathua on June 20 and it will reach Ranbireshwar Mandir Shalamar at 2 PM on the same day. After performing Pooja-archana, a Shobha Yatra shall be taken out from their passing through Indira Chowk, Raghunath Bazar, City Chowk, Purani Mandi, Raj Tilak Road and culminate at Geeta Bhawan, Parade Jammu, he added.
Thereafter, the pious Trishul shall be taken to Hudh Mata Mandir Beli Charana for night halt where a grand Jagran shall be performed during night. On June 21, the Trishul Yatra shall proceed towards Gouri Shankar Mandir Kishtwar where a Grand Jagran has been arranged by the District administration in collaboration with Tourism Department. On 22 June the Yatra shall proceed towards Radha Krishan Mandir. Sounder where a grand Jagran has been arranged by the youth of the locality.
The Yatra shall reach Bhawan on June 26 where a Hawan for the wellbeing of the humanity and world peace shall be performed on the same day. After Puran Ahuti, the Yatries shall perform darshan of Mata Pindis, Garbhjoon and Shiv Gufa, Doodh Ganga and shall also have a bath in the holy water of Trisandhiya river and Braham Sarovar. On June 27, Yatries shall return back.
The management committee has requested the District/ Divisional administration to provide security and other facilities to the Yatra including repair of the road from Dangdhoru to Bhawan. The committee also demanded heli service to the shrines.
