JAMMU, Feb 10: Another woman was today killed in Pakistan shelling on the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district. She has been identified as Parveen Akhter wife of Mohammad Mushtaq, a resident of village Lairan in Pukharni area of Nowshera sector.
Reports said a mortar shell exploded close to the house of Parveen Akhter. She sustained splinter injuries and was killed.
Police and civil authorities have rushed to the spot.
A day before, a woman was killed in Pakistan firing in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district.
