MENDHAR, Feb 7: Continuing its campaign, Tehsil Administration Mendhar launched an anti-encroachment drive last night at Mustafa Nagar, Gohlad and removed various encroachments.
The drive was launched on the direction of the DC Poonch. The team headed by Tehsildar, Dr Vikram Kumar conducted the drive under the supervision of SDM Mendhar, Dr Sahil Jandyal. Naib Tehsildar Ashfaq Ahmed Fani, assisted by other members of the team. The team removed encroachments made by the shopkeepers and others along road leading to Gohlad area.
During the campaign, the encroachers were given warning to desist from such practice in future.
