JAMMU, July 5: Pradesh Youth Congress president  Pranav Shagotra today  said that Coalition Govt of  PDP and BJP has been exposed fully during its four month’s rule in the State due to its double standards and failure to fulfill promises made with the public.
Addressing a day long convention of  the PYC at Bishnah today, Mr Shagotra said that people of the State will teach a lesson to BJP and PDP for misleading them on various counts.  He targeted the Coalition Govt for not compensating farmers who have been badly affected due to floods and incessant rains. He said the people failed to understand as to why Coalition Govt is not serious about their miseries.
The PYC chief said that UPA Government at the Centre being very serious towards the plight of flood affected people had completed all the exercise and formulated plan for providing relief to the affected, rehabilitation of affected people was on the top priority of UPA Govt, but NDA Govt led by Narendra Modi has ignored the miseries of affected people and is not interested to address the issues confronting affected people.
Mr Shagotra castigated  the BJP for misleading  the people of Jammu and taking the problems confronting them as for granted. He said  tall claims of PDP BJP leadership with regard to over all development  of Jammu and Kashmir State, was just to gain political mileage by misleading the people to benefit themselves only.
After concluding the programme, the PYC activists also held brief protest against the State Government. The convention was organised by Vijay Tagotra, Assembly president Bishnah, Charanjit Singh Lok Sabha president, Chetan Wanchoo  and Ramneek Singh, secretary Lok Sabha Udhampur-Doda consistency.  Satish Lakhotra, Kemti Sharma, Kartar Mehar Singh and Rakesh Dogra were also present.
