POONCH, Nov 13: An Anti-Tobacco Rally was today taken out in Harni Zone of Poonch.
The rally was organized by Incharge, Zonal Education Officer, Harni, Mohd Sadeeq Chouhan. The students of nine schools of Zone Harni viz Government High School (GHS) Harni, Government Middle School (GMS) Harni, GMS Kote Masjid, GMS Idgah Maidan, GMS Karnah Parat, GMS Harni Gllian, GMS Kasyote, GMS Lower Kandi and GMS Parat participated in the rally.
The rally was flagged off by Deputy CEO, Poonch from GMS Harni. After passing through main bazaars of Harni and touching Middle School Kote Masjid, the rally returned back and culminated at same venue, where a symposium on the topic “Ill effects of Tobacco” was organized.
The students who stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the symposium were awarded with cash prizes.
