JAMMU, Sept 28: A five day Bal Chetna Shivir was organized at Government High School, Chandu Chak, a border village of tehsil R S pura under the aegis of the Art Of Living (AOL), Jammu Chapter, wherein 54 students of the school participated.
The course was beautifully conducted by the young and dynamic AOL teacher Tejasvi. The students very actively and enthusiastically participated in all the group processes, games and knowledge sessions etc.
Besides pranayama and meditation sessions were also held. All these children very much appreciated and enjoyed each and every session and felt peace, relaxation and their focus also increased towards their studies.
The Principal, parents and staff of the school were also present on the concluding day. The Principal of the school Anita Gupta thanked and appreciated the efforts of Ms Tejasvi in organizing such a wonderful course and requested to conduct more Art Of Living courses in the school as well as in these backward border villages of RS Pura.
AOL Teacher Savinder Gupta was also present on the occasion.
