JAMMU, Oct 6: Apni Party State General Secretary Youth Wing Abhay Bakaya today demanded uninterrupted regular drinking water supply and repair work of residential buildings in TRT Nagrota.
Addressing a meeting at TRT Nagrota, Abhay said that the Migrant KPs have been suffering very badly due to the non-availability of the drinking water which has caused inconvenience to the people. He said that poor condition of the road connectivity was adding to the miseries of KP migrants.
Meanwhile, Apni Party Camp President Chand Ji Bhat and social activist Chand Ji Khair also highlighted the issues being faced by the people.
They said that the condition of buildings was not good and it requires immediate repair work. They said that the Migrant camps should be provided adequate security cover for the protection of their lives.
They expressed hope that the Commissioner Relief and Rehabilitation (M) will look into the issues seriously and redress the demands raised during the meeting of Apni Party.
Earlier, Vaibhav Mattoo, Vishal Jotshi, Vivek Saproo, and Gl Pandita also spoke on the occasion.
