JAMMU, June 7: Government of Jammu & Kashmir has introduced ‘Mera Aspataal’ App in order to monitor, assess and improve the delivery of health care in hospitals of the Union Territory.
“The App has been introduced to get patient feedback/satisfaction score from hospitals,” a circular issued today by Health & Medical Education Department said. As per the circular, regular monthly feedback is being generated from the patients which is being monitored at the highest level of the UT administration.
The circular mentioned that the previous average of the J&K patient satisfaction score for all the hospitals was very low and the same has been viewed seriously by the higher authorities. “Therefore, it impressed upon all the HoDs and Head of the healthcare institutions of J&K to improve their respective scores at least above 90 points for the coming months and subsequently setting a target of 100 by ensuring that the highest standard of services is provided to the patients,” the circular reads.
