Appeal to J&K Bank authorities

Sir,
I would like to draw the kind attention of J&K Bank authorities towards opening up a Toll Free Customer Care Center for the general public, as J&K Bank is the engine of growth of Jammu and Kashmir State and every household across the length and breadth of the state  is linked with this premier institution of the State. To keep pace with new and emerging competitors, our beloved J&K Bank will have to strive hard to ensure world class facilities to its customers. This institution has already adopted most of the modern technological advancements like CBS, e-banking, SMS alerts etc but there is no 24×7 customer care as is found with other PSU Banks and Private banks.
So it is requested to the authorities of J&K Bank to establish a Toll Free Customer Care Center which will help its vast customer base to resolve their issues without going to the branches of the bank as most of the services in modern day banking are resolved via Customer Care Centers  such as blocking lost ATM, ATM PIN Change, Balance Enquiry and so on. We hope through the medium of this paper that the authorities at helm of affairs will look into the matter so that the general public will get benefitted and will ensure the uninterrupted growth of the institution.
