JAMMU, Dec 23: Army Public School (APS) Jammu Cantt celebrated its Annual Day amidst great zest, vibrancy elation, here today.
The ceremonial function was presided over by the chief guest, Major General Sanjay Singh (SM VSM).
Among other dignitaries, Brig TK Chopra, Chairman APS Jammu Cantt, Col Manoj Gurung Offg SO Schools and Principal of other Army Public Schools graced the occasion.
The Program started with the warm welcome of the guest followed by the lighting of ceremonial lamp.
The cultural program based on the theme ‘Panch Tatvam’ enthralled the audience which included action song, Dogri Dance, Bhangra and Bamboo Dance.
This was followed by Prize Distribution Ceremony where the chief guest gave away prizes to the students.
Principal of the School, Ratna Mallick presented the School Annual Report.
The program was to be a final crescendo with the music of string instruments and the foot tapping, enthusiastic Shiv Tandav.
The day ended in a beautiful resonance with vote of thanks and National Anthem.
