JAMMU, May 17: Saraswati Vihar Barnai residents in its meeting elected Avtar Krishan Dhar as President of the Welfare Committee today.
Mr Raina was elected unopposed as no one stood against him in election. After elected as president of the Colony, he announced a 11 member Committee. The Committee included Mohan Lal Bhat as vice president/cashier, Mohan Lal Koul as vice president, Sameer Bhat as general secretary, Munshi Singh Salathia as secretary, Satish Kumar Pandita as organising secretary, Joginder Singh(teacher), Sunil Raina and Ajay Raina as members. J.L Koul and Pyaray Lal Pandita were nominated as advisors of Welfare Committee.
