JAMMU, Mar 21: Arbitration Tribunal of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Haryana has reserved order on maintainability of review petition against the award passed by it.
The Tribunal comprising of Shiv Prasad Sharma, IAS Retd and Advocate Inder Jeet Gupta, after hearing arguments from Dr Rishipal and Law Officer of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, reserved the review petition against the award of Arbitration Tribunal for passing order on April 18, 2025.
During the course of arguments, Dr Rishipal submitted that the review petition is maintainable. However, Law Officer of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University argued that review petition is not maintainable.
