JAMMU, Nov 9: Troops of Rashtriya Rifles and police today bused a hideout of the militants at Dachan area of Nachlana forests in Ramban district and recovered a consignment of arms, ammunition and explosives.
The recoveries included one AK-47 rifle with four magazines, two pistols, 250 rounds of AK-47, 30 rounds of Pika gun, 10 hand grenades, 10 Under Barrel Grenade Launcher (UBGL) grenades, two radio sets, two binoculars and two wire fuses, official sources said.
The hideout reportedly belonged to militants, who had already been killed by security forces, sources said, adding the recovery of large quantity of arms, ammunition and explosives material will deliver major blow to the militants.
Meanwhile, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of Delta Force Major General AS Rawat had complimented the efforts of Delta Force in dismantling the terrorist infrastructure.
