Army arrests two exfiltrators

Srinagar, Oct 17: The Army today arrested two youth from Baramulla in North Kashmir when they were heading towards the Line of Control (LoC) for crossing over to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) for arms training.
The 161-Territorial Army received information about two youth trying to cross the Line of Control (LoC) for Uri towards Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) for arms training.
The youth were Muzaffar Ahmad Malla, 24, son of Ghulam Nabi of Hajin and Sajad Bhat, 19, son of Abdul Rehman of Batpora village in Khudwani area of Kulgam district.
The duo was later handed over to Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC) Baramulla for further questioning.
Sources said that these youth were motivated by one of the persons of Sopore who lives in Srinagar. He referred them to a person in Uri area of North Kashmir who was going to arrange their cross over. Security forces are searching for both the persons.
